This class combines gentle yoga with essential oils. Aroma restore is a relaxing hour of renewing yoga for all levels including beginners. The oils will help you deepen both your breath work and you're poses.

 

The many benefits of essential oils will be explained throughout the class. This stress free environment will heal both mind and body!

Basic Yoga

This class is relaxed and fun! You will be lead through sun-salutations and basic poses that will gently challenge you. We focus on the basics along with breath work but still give you a great workout, body and soul!

Strengthen your body and release stress with this Gentle vinyasa flow and Yoga Nidra practice.

Rejuvenate your mind and body, as you enjoy a blend of gentle vinyasa yoga movement that warms the body and prepares the mind for deep relaxation as you are guided in Yoga Nidra meditation.

 

Yoga Nidra is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Melting layers of stress, soothing the nervous system, clearing the mind, and lifting the spirit.

This is a high energy yoga flow with fluid movements to tone, strengthen and raise your vibe! Moving at your own pace, take your practice to a higher level with grace and strength combined.

Improve strength, flexibility and coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. Great for any child, especially those with mild anxieties.  School ages K to 5th.

Open Flow Lunch Express

All Levels

This class is an open level class where energizing postures develop strength and flexibility. Combine this with breath work and movement to release tensions held in the body. Modifications are given so that every pose is accessible. The class ends with a choice of a vegetarian lunch to go. You're going to feel amazing for the rest of the day!

Reiki Restorative

The class combines the healing powers of Reiki and the renewing feelings of Restorative yoga. Reiki is a subtle hands on healing technique that moves energy in the body to places where it is needed the most. While Restorative yoga helps ease the mind and restore the body. This combo will allow for total relaxation and you will leave feeling reconnected and refreshed!

This class is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of Restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to deeply relax. Its a unique feeling because props rather than your muscles are used to support your body.

Rise and Shine/Power Sweatasana

All Levels

An hour long, Vinyasa flow with lots of sweat, deep breaths and chill savasana! A great way to jump start your morning before you conquer your day. And why not grab yourself an organic protein packed snack on the way out to make it even better?

Yoga Pose

Slow-Flow Vinyasa

This class has the feel of a typical vinyasa class while slowing down the pace. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat. Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully and breathing deeply.

Yin/Yinyasa

All Levels

Yin yoga is a meditative practice where floor postures are held passively for several minutes. This will access a safe and positive 'stress' on the deep layers of connective tissues in the body and offer a chance to turn inward to nurture the calm center that is innate in all of us. On the physical level, yin increases flexibility and circulation to the joints, improving bone and joint health. On the energetic level, yin opens the body meridian system, which enhances the body energetic flow and supports emotional balance.

Yoga for Athletes

Teen Athletes

This yoga practice is specifically designed for teen athletes to increase flexibility and core strength. During this rapid growth period, athletes struggle with injuries and muscle tension. Carmen's anatomy awareness will incorporate asana flows that are functional and fun. Carmen moves through poses that improve balance, as well as, shoulder range of motion and knee joint stability.
