Meet the Owners
Samantha is a certified Holistic Health Coach. She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.
During her training she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovated coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Among her teachers were Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University and Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Nutrition.
Samantha, an avid organic health foodie, currently works as an organic and vegan chef. She received her yoga certification in 2018 from The Yoga and Healing Center of Scotch Plains NJ.
Catherine Dietze is a lifelong resident of Scotch Plains. She is married to Rob Dietze and the two of them have raised their three children here. She has an Associates Business Degree from Union County College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Seton Hall University.
Her interest in and knowledge of Holistic nutrition and medicine began in the 80s and continues to grow. She believes that all healing comes from a combination of good nutrition, regular exercise and a healthy spirit and wants MettaCasa to be a sanctuary where everyone feels welcome and nurtured.
