We will continue to monitor the pandemic guidelines and implement appropriate precautions in the café and studio. As such, we will be revising the mask protocol as needed.
Currently, we are mask optional with the mats spaced for confidence. The windows inside the yoga practice space will remain open as well as the door when needed.
As always, if you are feeling unwell, please remain at home as we offer the majority of our classes on Zoom and are more than happy to create that option for you if needed.
We work hard to keep MettaCaSa a healthy & clean environment for everyone to come and enjoy so we ask that if you feel even the slightest bit "off" to respect the space in the same way you would want others to do for you.
