We will continue to monitor the pandemic guidelines and implement appropriate precautions in the café and studio. As such, we will be revising the mask protocol as needed.
Currently, we are mask optional with the mats spaced for confidence. The windows inside the yoga practice space will remain open as well as the door when needed.

As always, if you are feeling unwell, please remain at home as we offer the majority of our classes on Zoom and are more than happy to create that option for you if needed.
We work hard to keep MettaCaSa a healthy & clean environment for everyone to come and enjoy so we ask that if you feel even the slightest bit "off" to respect the space in the same way you would want others to do for you.

Is dairy free the same as vegan?
While vegan and dairy-free diets have some similarities, they aren't synonymous. A vegan diet excludes all animal products, including dairy, eggs, meat, and fish, whereas a dairy-free diet bans all milk products but not necessarily any other animal products.
What does "Organic" mean?
Standard organic foods are grown without artificial pesticides, fertilizers or herbicides. Our café is solely focused on providing vegan and vegetarian dishes free of synthetic or artificial ingredients and additives.​
Where should I buy my supplements?
Anyone can “make” a supplement-it does not need to be FDA approved. Your local health store is the best place.​
